Specifications for this mobile chicken house (customized): Length: 15 meters, width: 5 meters, eaves height: 2 meters, ceiling height: 2.85 meters. The entire structure is constructed of 3.5mm galvanized iron pipe. The standard galvanizing content is 275 g/m², while custom requirements include 500 g/m².
The galvanized pipe thickness can be customized from 2.0 to 3.5 mm (customers can choose within this range). Custom requirements include a 4mm x 4mm, 3.5mm thick square pipe frame.
The pipe fittings are connected using connectors and secured with flanges. The galvanized square pipe is divided into two sections. The chassis is constructed from 10cm x 10cm square pipe with a thickness of 5.5 to 7.5 mm (customers can choose within this range).
The upper exterior walls are constructed from FRP panels, while the lower exterior walls are constructed from galvanized iron mesh (customized requirements). Each section contains two egg nests (customized requirements). The roof is covered with thickened color-coated steel tiles.
